now..here is the thing..i changed for some reason the two kexts appleviaata.kext and ioatafamily.kext ..and now my system doesnot boot..it just says cannot load com.apple.viata.plist..sthg or cannot load those kexts..
well..
i can reach the structure from the windows systema nd change or replace or delete the kexts with macdrive

but now i cannot fix it..can some body help or give ideas to fix my system..i dont want to reinstall...

You can try this replace the files with Macdrive from windows

Then use your installer disk and when your in the installer click tools>disk utility and you can fix the permissions

Or

You can use tools>terminal and repair the permissions that way.
