Apple released its list of mactel boot key commands today, and something occurred to me:

Press Option during startup

Starts into Startup Manager, where you can select a Mac OS X volume to start from. Note: Press N to make the first bootable Network volume appear as well.


Because they had no reason to, the core duo macs don't support legacy HD partitioning schemes. HOWEVER, most other PCS DO, and thusly would it be possible to access XP remotely via a network boot situation?

Perhaps this could be a stop gap until vista supports GPT.

Not sure if there's anything here, but, I don't have my macbook yet so I can't try it. Any one game for an experiment?
