I would assume that these are PPC drivers. Do they work on Intel?

No.
This has been posted numerous times. These are PowerPC drivers, not Intel.

I installed these a few days ago. The problem is they only work with "Mac Edition" cards. After you install the driver utility you will be promptly informed that you do not have an ATI graphics card installed.
