i dont know if this goes here but i figure it would atleast fit here since i have 10.4... um i was just wondering how i could fix this problem. the sound wont play when i try to watch *.avi movies that i download and i was just wondering if there was a codec or something i needed. All other *.avi's work fine, i haven't had this problem at all untill now, and i have alot of avi movies that ive watched on my mac. I had the same problem on my old windows system, but i searched and found something called the Krystal Codec and i never had the problem again... anywho i was also wondering how you compile a movie when the download is like 75 numbered files? help would be greatly appreciated!!! PEACE!

Try playing it using the VLC Player for Mac
Also try installing the DivX and XviD Codecs
