Last night i installed ToH 10.5 on a Intel P965LT with a quad core:

Set Sata to ACHI in bios
Make sure the HD is on Sata 0, the DVD on Sata 1!! (If you don't you will get "still waiting for root device)
Disable serial en parallel ports.

After installation and running the script Press F8 and boot with -legacy

You now have a booting os X. OS X reports the CPU wrong, but activity monitor show all 4 cores.

I'm working on the onboard SigmaTel STAC 9227 and network Intel 82566DC, anyone have these working yet?

i got the sound working with a codec dump i made in Ubuntu and patched Leopard with Apple hda patcher 1.16. Version 1.17 didn't work for me.
