I do not know what happened but my function keys do not work anymore. I use ctrl-fn-win-alt layout. They only work if I use with lctrl. Even if I need to turn volume up and down I need to press ctrl-fn-F4 or F5.
Any ideas?

Maybe you installed bootcamp drivers after Input Remapper? If that is the case just reinstall Input Remapper and reboot.
