Hi,

I recently bought a keyboard from apple store..
But the numpad is not working..
I kinda use it all the time, with programming.
but now i cant..
Is there a way to turn the numpad On?

Kind regards

Pressing the key above the "7" key on the pad should enable the numbers.

Did you install the apple keyboard upgrade 1.2? (warning: on some amd systems, it seems to crash the system, just extracting the kexts AppleHIDKeyboard.kext should do it). Helped me to get my keyboard to work wink.gif

the new apple keyboards only work fully under 10.4.10 and up

o,i see.. It isn't indeed. then the updater won't help you..

Looked through the documentation at apple, and they have the same bug on a G5

apparently, if you press option five times quickly, it should work.. don't know if it also works in intel boxes though

solved:
System prefrences -> Universal acces -> Mouse -> Mouse Keys (ON/OFF)
