Hi,
is there anyone here that is using an external firewire equipment (video capture, or soundcard) through the 1394 port of your mac inside vmware fusion (or parallels , although i doubt parallels supports it) having NATIVE drivers inside your vmachine ? I mean (for example) that you use your windows firewire drivers for your soundcard and not the mac osx ones having a "generic" soundcard inside the virtual machine.
I hope my question is clear.
Please post your experience using external devices inside virtual machines (vmware fusion mainly).
Thanks
Mal
