Hi.
I think Safari 3 final will be a part of Mac OS X 10.4.11, the lastest update for Tiger.
10.4.11 will be avalaible today or in the two next days, according to sources.

Is there any chance for a 10.4.9 User to get the final Version of Safari?
rathalos
dont think so... i'm pretty much sure the system requirements for safari is something like 10.4.11 and up or somthing... or it would require a new webkit to run or something...
Jase
so is there any link to Safari 3?.. because it only comes with the OS X software Update.. Which I can't do.
Synaesthesia
You can update to 10.4.11. There are update guides to doing it on OSX86.

If you want to run safari 3 you need to update to 10.4.11, here is a guide that I followed and sucessfully upgraded to 10.4.11:
