Been lurking here forever, but I wanted to tell how I got wireless on my dell inspiron 9300. The integrated intel PRO wireless doesn't work. I travel alot, and have a dlink pocket router/access point Here that i use as a wireless access point in my hotel room for my laptop and pda. But it will also act as a wireless client to connect to other wireless networks. It is plugged into the ethernet port on my computer, and the computer thinks it is a wired connection.
Just an FYI for anyone that has one of these. BTW I got mine for 25 bucks off of ebay.
