Ok, I installed the deadmoo image successfully on my Compaq Presario V2000. (Pentium M/915 Chipset). Most things work including QE and CI.

The problem I am facing is that the laptop fan is always cycling (In windows it cycles only every 15 mts or so). I tried all settings in the energy saver, but of no help.

Any ideas?
