So, in order to not get flamed for asking before searching, I tried to search the forums for 'USB not working' and was promptly told that because one or more of my search terms is under 4 characters in length. I think this is incredibly stupid, since when dealing with computers there can be more than a few 2 and 3 letter acronyms.

This needs to be fixed, IMO

An admin can explain the technical issues why 3 character search is off.

It's ok, I managed to browse through and find what i needed, I just think it's kinda dumb to restrict 2 and 3 character searches...

not that i'm trying to be a pain, but i wouldn't mind for an admin to explain why this is the way it is, more so for my own curiosity...
