In this day and age, especially since im an oink member now, I thought i replaced all my music with vinyl rips and unmastered versions of all my albums. At least back then I still knew the difference between the itunes basic 128 and the vbr setting

Yeah, tried with that. Says not recognized. I also tried with Disk Utility and it says the same thing

I just downloaded the torrent onto my Hackint0sh and it works fine there.
Must be something from the torrent. When I downloaded iTunes from the site numberz gave everything works fine.

I didnt compress it with an .SMI... that's the way i obtained it from Apple.
