Actually I think you don't need supperior knowledge to make that up.

I mean, after all Macs are just x86 computers with some TPM chip, EFI instead of BIOS and some other minor thing like a different partition table. Look I honestly have no idea how difficult it is, but besides the TPM chip, the EFI enviroment there's little to search for I guess.. They could make the OS call for all sorts of verification things but they, as far as I know, can be bypassed...

It's just someone that we know so much that he is hiding every possible "word" on the screenshot so we don't know which GeForce he has, what are his disks' volume labels or his processor's frequency so we can't compare it to an old screenshot and know who he REALLY is.
