Check the forums for Natit and Titan installation guides. The 6200 guide that I wrote will likely work for you, too:

On-board GeForce 6100 does not work. Full stop. The only solution - install a video card on PCIe. I'd recommend a cheap GeForce 6600, works like a charm.
