after replaced the original one (used to replace the intel on my acer aspire 5612wlmi works great osx an win xp!! ) I dowloaded ad installed the 802.11n upgrade for macbook pro (using Pacifist) , reboot and... works great!
Now my Mac Mini is 802.11n upgraded and my Acer notebook works great with osx 10.4.9 installed using uphuck dvd 1.3
