While I'd be too afraid to mess up the hard drive (with even one particle of dust), this is a pretty sweet mod. I would love to see a video of this thing!

I have seen this in person and have to say it's very cool, I have even seen a light kit in one of these. I would never try it my self, I'm all thumbs when it comes to hardware mods. Just one spec of dust and you have a paper weight.

the only way to mod a hd is doing it inside a lab.... most of these mods are fakes using damaged drives, even
if they are spinning... they are damaged.
most hds are using vakuum... so in most cases its just impossible, even inside a lab!
