Has anyone downloaded and installed the superdrive frimware update that poped up today on software uopdate? I downloaded it but it wont let me install it.
Another thing....do we believe apple will release updates for 9466 that will be dowloadable via software update? Or is it a case of seed and download again? Thanks.

Maybe its a test by Apple in order to see how popular the new Os actually is...
well its probably not a test, but you would need an affected superdrive to install the update. They will not offer os updates via software update.
9a343 had software updates via the updater.
According to www.macrumors.com an update is out! 9a499 I think! Is it showing up in software updates?
Using an iBook G4 , and not see 9A499 via software update.
You won't see it in software update. it has been released on the ADC website.
