Firstly mac was woring fantastic then i installed the 10.4.10 update on uphuck x86 1.3 dvd 10.4.9 but it just carried on restaring i know i was wronge so i rebooted from the DVD now i have rebooted i tried over atleast 4 times my pc is not booting of that hard drive but if i unmount it in the setup and chage it msdos hard disk it works with xp please help me.

The error is that why is it not booting after installing it plz help me.

BY THE WAY IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOIS :- i have set it as the first hard drive and it should also boot of the hardrive first. plz help as soon as possiable.

Does it start booting at all?

If yes, when the BIOS is just finishing keep hitting F8 until you get the boot menu. At this mount add the -v option and try to see the last messages displayed.

Also please list your hardware.
