biggrin.gif got fed up with waiting for 2200B/G drivers and wasn't having any luck working on them myself.... so I picked up a Dell truemobile 1450(broadcom) and Bluetooth 350.

Replaced the intel 2200 with the 1450 and installed the 350 in my Gen2 6000 with GMA 900.

Fired up 10.4.3(native install).... and what do I see... Bluetooth symbol and Wireless network symbol (1450 is seen as Airport Extreme with NO mods to ANY kext files). I can also use FN-F2 to enable/disable cards on the fly.

as of this point... the only thing not working is QE and CI without external monitor with the GMA 900. So I have deleted AppleIntel* and done kextcache -k... panel now boots back to 1600x1200. Also ordered an ATI 128 card for the 6000 since the ATI driver appear to close to working at all res. so as soon as that shows up.... I will be even closer to have and fully functional Mac-in-Dell.

I am one very happy camper.

I was under the impression that Airport under 10.4.3 does not work after reboot. Is that true? reference: http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?s=...indpost&p=34579

I have not had this issue. I have restarted serveral times as well as used FN-F2 to enable/disable the card. connects everytime. very stable. IMHO
