i am doubting it, but does anyone know a way to overclock a Dimension E520? Dell's stupid BIOS is worthless. thought maybe there was an app somewhere. i managed to get all hardware working in OS X, just wanted to push it a little more. i've heard good things about overclocked core 2 duos.

The bad thing is that you won't be able to with Dell's crippled BIOS. Look into what exact board it is and see if there is a flash for a different bios to it. That's the only thing I can think of.

And yes, these chips OC like none-other, I love them.

It's not just the bios....But, you honestly don't have the fastest ram for overclocking....You'd only get maybe 200-300 mhz per core out of it stable, even more on stock cooling.
