i have my osx86 machine running the apple tv and it fully set-up with my itunes over my wireless network and when i chose a song or vido is tries to autorize but then i get a message saying it cant

try to authorize with iTunes.app on your hackintosh. If that doesn't work, you may have already authorized 5 computers. If this is the case, you must deauthorize a differnt computer.

i did try to do it that way but no luck, and it did properly activate in itunes

what i've done so far:

updated to latest itunes, on apple tv pc
authorized that pc's itunes

still no luck

But do regular, unprotected files work?
