I am looking for an answer to my question, I am working on a flyer and I have found when i want to publish the image to the web and then enlarge it after published to the web the image becomes blurry or the pixels are bigger watevr the case may be, how do i allow the image to be small on the site but big when dragged to an applicaton?

Look for export settings. It may help you.
