I bought this controller the other day, that has the Silicon 3112 chipset and SATA-connectors, and I use a PowerMac G5.
I didnt know wether it would work or not before i bought it, and obviously it didnt. None of my hard-drives shows up (yes i plugged in power cable)
And it looks like OS X doesnt even sense it. Ive been searching all over but all I can find is drivers for Windows. Damn MS! hehe. Can anyone help me? I saw a thread on a forum once where a guy explained about something about that specific card, and it seemed to me that it was working fine for him on his mac. But I couldnt get a hold of him to ask him how he did it.
