Hello all,
Ok, I have a strange question for you. I have three aliases that are showing up in Finder (etc, var, and tmp). I cannot get them back to being invisible. I have tried the following which have not worked:
setfile -a V etc (or var or tmp)
rm etc (the link)
ln -s /private/etc etc (recreated the link)
Numerous colorful metaphors
Blamed Microsoft
Googled the hell out of this problem with no luck
I'm outta ideas now. Any thoughts?
