Full Version: Fixed: Duplicate 'Restart' & 'Shutdown' finder menu

I've discovered my finder menu is showing duplicate Restart and Shutdown menu items. How do I fix it?

Fixed. I was pressing Command-F5 to do a full refresh in Firefox. Apparently this key combination turns on VoiceOver.
