Is it possible to mod the Mac classic and use its existing black and white screen as a tv? I was thinking of opening up its innards and hook up with a classic atari system and it will just serve as a retro gaming system.

The internal display would be expecting something very different from what the Atari is putting out. Just stick the guts from one of them portable TV's inside.
