everytime i try to boot up off of an install cd of 10.3, i get a kernel panic. g3 350mhz has 10.0 on it now

300mhz, i don;t thing that that has the capability to run 10.3, it has like 64mb ram, and a small hard drive. didnt you put the dvd drive of a dell in it? i would try 10.1 or.2 at the most

it can run it, it gets a kernel panic when i try to boot anything, and i switched the drive back

i dont know then, it worked fine for me when i had it. take it to the genuis bar while you can!

If you have enough hdd-capa make another partition and install 10.3 on it while the G3 is running under 10.0.
Is the best method, some G3 make strange things when installing via DVD.
