It looks pretty cool, but the Call back / delete buttons look kinda crappy.

Thats REALLY good!! Is it possible you could make like a smaller version, like an icon for my iPhon app? I know it sounds like a lot (what do I know, I barely use photoshop ) but it would be REALLY appreciated

looking it over a little more i noticed that the buttons are a little choppy on the corners but really other than that it really does look good.

nice job with photoshop, and with some tlc i bet you could get those buttons shiny and smooth.
