I couldnt get the new jas 10.4.8 to go into installation, same goes for 10.4.6 I just sit there no matter what i press at darwin bootloader screen the only that seem to get started was the 10.4.8 dvd for intel release. then stuck once it get to hard drive search or whatever similar to searching for root device but i dont get that. Any well would be great i really want this to run mac os x. I have a desktop set up for mac osx.

i'd try booting to windows and install thru VMWare. search the tutorials section for a guide.

does that mean i have to dual boot .. yuck.. i want a pure os x but i guess if i could only get windows 2k or 98 so it dont take up much space it might just have to do.
