I modified AppleAzaliaAudio.kext and added my Device ID and Vendor ID
I got 2 channels output and no mic. Is it possible to get a mic input ?

Can you help me with the ProductID for the ALC888 audio? The Azalia kext does not produce line in in most situations, including ALC882, but AppleHDA.kext does give Line in for ALC882. May need 10.4.3 kext for things to work properly. Thanks.

Just follow the Rammjet guide in Genius Bar, use these IDs. It works for 888.
