Mashugly,

I trying to locate some information on how to develop Java or C UI based application for Mac OS9 and Mac OSX. I would really appreciate if you or someone else on this forum can help me to locate such info. I am at the point of giving up in trying to find anything about Mac OS9. Thanks in advance.

It's not a link, but it's essential.

Go to the Help Viewer and do a search for "Human Interface Guidelines." You will get a link under Help Viewer that will give you the standard keyboard shortcuts under OS X. It's super annoying (to say the least) to have a great program fail because it isn't using the standard keyboard shortcuts.

Just use Cocoa for your OS X GUI (and forget about OS 9).

I just found Meow but I'm not sure if it would be of any assistance on Mactel systems.
