ok i want to make a website so it looks like the OS X desktop and iTunes would be the mp3 plyer etc. Is that legal or not?

I think it is legal. I'm not too sure I understand what you mean though. Do you mean you want the dock for site navigation? And what do you mean by iTunes as the mp3 player? Will it be embedded into the site, or will you ask people to download it?

what i mean is that i take the mac OS X desktop with the dock and lets say you click the iTunes icon it will open up a window that looks like itunes or if you click on quicktime it opens up a window that looks like quicktime and it would play videos. and im making it in flash.
