Hi people, i'd like know if some can recommend a bluetooth adapter for my hackintosh, because i'm thinking a buy a Keyboard / Mouse bluetooth. They recommend D-Link DBT 120, but it is discontinued today. And also a adapter for wireless connection, therefore i go up my DSL connection for 8 Mbps and i go have than change my D-Link ADSL Modem by other, then i go change it for a ADSL modem wireless router, and i'd like buy a adapter than work with hackintosh too.

Get a dlink 120 thing off ebay smile.gif Although I will say i'm sat here with a BT keyboard and mightymouse and I have neither built in BT or a dlink adaptor. I got mine from my local electrics store - just made sure it said osx compatible!

Check the Hardware Compatibility Lists. Based on that info, I bought the Belkin Bluetooth Adapter. $9.99 after rebates at CompUSA last week. Uses default OSX driver, and working great in 10.4.7 with my cell phone. The packaging actually indicates OSX compatibility.

[Edit:] Oops, just saw you are in Brazil so I suppose the CompUSA part doesn't help. The relevant models are Belkin F8T012V (Class 1) and FBT013V (Class 2). They are still available in the US and at several online stores.

Then you believe than if i buy an D-Link 120, i can use a Keyboard and Mouse bluetooth out of the box with a D945 motherboard? The trouble is than D-Link DBT-120 was discontinued by the D-Link manufacturer.

I not understand, you use a keyboard and mighty mouse, with your hackintosh without problems?

I have this bluetooth adapter I don't even know the brand of, that wouldn't work on my PC no matter how I tried to install the drivers. So, I tossed it away and sort of forget about it. Later, I build my OS X machine, just for the heck of it, I went and grabbed it, plugged into and yes! OS X recognized it immediately. So my guess is that even a cheap one should work. My point is that the one I'm using right now was for PC and it just didn't work with Windoze but it does flawlessly with OS X. So try a cheap one and it might work.

Edit: Ok, is a Kensington

Yeah, locuras i really only want have certainty than the Keyboard and Mouse bluetooth will work, because the adapter can be cheap but at the Brazil the Keyboard and Mighty Mouse BT are very expensive, then if i buy and not works with the adapter is very bad.

I'd like of have certainty, of someone than have a adapter and Keyboard and Mouse bluetooth from Apple, than are working perfectly. Then he say me what's the name of the your adapter and everybody be happy.
