ok i had a couple files on my external HD from a couple months ago and i cant remember if they were UB versions so i was just wondering if theres a way to check without installing them. the programs are DVDStudio, Soundtrack, Motion.

You need to "Get Info" on the application.

Click on the application. Then get info:

Press the Command and I keys simultaneously

-or-

Go to the File menu and select Get Info

Look near the top of the window where it says "Kind". It will say "Application: and right after that it will say either "Universal" or "PowerPC"
