Sorry For my English...(i'm french)

i've tryed to go higer 1280X1024X32 with my 7800 GTX.

When i type "?video" at startup, i've 1600X1200 choices.
But when a boot with "Graphics Mode"="1600X1200X16" or "Graphics Mode"="1600X1200X32",

I boot with no problems, but allways in 1280X1024.

In hardware materials, my monitor is reconize to 1280X1024 only...

(but on windows XP 1920X1200 native mode)

Do u know if is my "dell 2405" (24") or my "7800 GTX" limitation ??

Do u think if i can change monitor driver ?

The same problem but with Samsung SyncMaster 204B and ATI 9600PRO!!!

could be nvidia driver problems, they aren't 100% yet. Have you checked out the macvidia beta driver forums?

give these a shot and post your experiences (***these drivers won't work with the ATI card!!!)
