IE the microsoft autoupdate app runs when I boot up, I don't want it to, how can I find this list + turn it off?

Edit: OK I noticed that the autoupdate thing for microsoft isn't in System Profiler -> Startup :/

Edit 2: Found: Apple > System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items.

You can delete this if you like
