Full Version: USB and Audio problem on VIA Chipset

Hello!

1. I have problem with my usb's on osx86. I can't get them work! Should i plug the devices before booting in order to work? I have VIA Chipset, intel cpu with sse3.

2. My onboard sound card works bad and it plays from one chanel. This is Vinyl AC'97.

You could try using the USB drivers from 10.4.3. I had similar problems in 10.4.5 with a VIA chipset and resolved it by using the 10.4.3 IOUSBFamily.kext.
