ATTENTION: iLife '08 works fine, but:

BE SURE TO BACKUP ALL KEXTS BEFORE INSTALLING!!! After install the Hackmac won't boot until started with option -x and restored the kexts. You can make any update, but be sure to have a proper system running, before backing up the kexts! One step after the other...

Every App worked fine yet, with 10.5.4 on the Hackbook Acer Extensa 5620Z! Thanks for the good support in this forum!

I'm running Leo4Allv2 on an AMD machine. Here's what I've installed and the results I've gotten:

Not working:

• Parallels (installation gives me an "cannot run on this machine" error)
• VMware (crashes after install)
• MacPorts (I cannot build wine as the installed version of X11 conflicts with macports)
• daz3d (technically it works, but there's weirdness with the models and the screen flickers annoyingly)

Working:

• Q (OS X port of the Qemu emulator -no acceleration AFAIK)
• xVm aka VirtualBox (works flawlessly -faster than the windows version!)
• OOo 3.0 Beta
• Firefox 3
• "Ez 7z" -7zip GUI for Mac OS
• Transmission (comes with Leo4All -mentioned here b/c someone else had problems with it)
• mplayer (beats the tar out of vlc)

im running kalyway 10.5.1 and whenever i open microsoft word or photoshop cs3 i get multiple cursor's and it starts to lag im doubting that it's maybe my video settings since my mobo has an integrated gma950 video card but i can change the resolution and it's running perfectly i can see the kext too.....but i dont get it why it starts to act up when i have microsof word 2008 or cs3 extended open...anyone??

I have been having world of trouble getting World of Warcarft to install on my AMD osx86. Everything else work perfect. It updates, running numerous apps. I have parallels working I just can't seem to get WoW to install. It gets about halfway than my computer freezes. If anyone has any input that would be great.

Shapeshifter 2.5 doesn't work on my VM running a 10.4.10 appliance with the 10.4 Loginwindow hack.

Skype - works fine now, had some trouble when someone was calling, it instantly crashed, however this issue is fixed.
Warcraft 3 - works fine
Mac Updates - all working fine, no toruble updating (Leo10.5.4+all fixes)

Digital performer 6.1 works well with my Phonic Helix Firewire Mixer and recognizes all 16 mono inputs.

grabbed the itunes, frontrow and quicktime updates last night and rebooted
killed my installation, recovered it via superduper
went for updates again, installed only the itunes and frontrow updates
reboot and it appears fine, seems like the update to quicktime 7.5.5 is a problem, anyone else facing this?

Yeah, I was having this same problem, but I have an AMD system. Maybe Quicktime 7.5.5/iTunes 8 checks for hidden signs of a "non-apple" system? Anyway, I'm checking the CPUID stuff with Marvin's and will get back with more info.

I have problem in running all CS3 products...
I'm using Mac OSX 10.5 ToH (Hackintosh ) So...I installed Photoshop, Flash ,acrobat and after effects well but when I run them, They ask me to enter serial or use Trial in both cases after click next the program shuts down... and quit what's the problem
This version is fully tested on a real Mac and worked
