Do the cables to connect the powerbutton to the motherboard come with the case or the mobo?

My case will include:
It includes the air-baffle, front panel buttons and board, disk tray/
shelf,
hard drive bracket with fan and cables, optical drive door (with
mechanism)

I would think that they came with the case. Thats usually how cases come.
