Full Version: Vlc not working 10.5.5
I installed iAtkos 10.5.1 and after some tweaks upgraded it successfully to 10.5.5 through official update . I installed latest version of vlc 0.9.6 in 10.5.1 and it was working great but after upgrade to 10.5.5 it only shows black colour in video window . I can hear audio perfectly without any issues but video doesnt work at all . I am sure vlc is capable of playing target file . Even reinstalled VLC but no use . Please help .

I had the same problem.
Check if you have QE and CI - Enabled, and Hardware... (in System Profiler/Graphics)
That was the failing point in my system.
Later I used "empty scull" solution to get QE and CI to work. Just search the forums and you will find!
