Ok, so I was getting pissed with the lack of anything coming out from the Poisoned devs, so I took the alread existing Intel port of Poisoned and updated all the gift related items.
Now I have a fully working 4 protocol Poisoned and I figured I'd share it with you guys and gals.

2 known issues:
1: ares reports only 2 people connected, but in fact it fully connects to the network. This same bug happens in other gift apps like KCEasy
2: Fasttrack search results use ares icon. No clue why this is happening.

Doesn't connect to Ares, Fastrack or Gnutella network here. reports 421 Giftd and OpenFT users, kinda useless if u ask me.

Perhaps there is a good reason why the Poisoned devs didn't release it yet.

You most likely need new nodes files...
i got them from KCEasy.
From the tone in your message it sounds like you already know where to put these.
For those that don't know, ~/Library/Application Support/Poisoned
Under here you'll see a folder for all the networks.

And a screenshot showing all connected...don't forget to check your router.

Your node files did the trick. thx.

Should I update them manually in the future ?
Perhaps u can also compile it with a unified toolbar look ?

The Gift daemon keeps crashing for me, therefore it doesn't conenct to naything.

I start the program and it asks me to update the nodes, I do then it starts downloading the ban lists and the daemon starts crashing, I reset poisoned, but it fails saying there are permission errors and such :\

Firstly, start from scratch and delete the ~/Library/Application Support/Poisoned directory.
Then, when you start the program, decline getting the updates, close the program and then replace your node files with the node files that I attached in this thread.
Then try relaunching Poisoned again.
Can you be more specific as to what permission errors you're getting??

And to make it clear, don't update the node files with the program as they are really old node files.
Use what I attached here and in the future, you can get node files from other gift programs such as KCEasy.

Yeah,I tried the nodes and I can't Ares or FastTrack to connect. I even changed ports and tried port fowarding. They still don't seem to connect. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
