I im not sure if this is in the correct section so sorry in advance if there is a more appropriate section.

I insalled Kaylway 10.5.2 then Updated 10.5.5 with the Pre Update and Post Update Patch from BIKE TOWN..
It restarts twice which from what i have read appears to be normal.
the second time it restarts it sits at the loading screen, no error and if u listen you can hear the sound Skype makes when it starts. So i know the OS must be loading but the screen doesnt show it.
I assumed that it would be something to do with the Video Card Driver, so i booted in safe mode but it does the same thing.

BTW Is the search function broke on this site? I get a Unix DB look up error every time I try

hahah i went and got a new video card and reinstalled everything.. havent tried updating yet.. but im very happy to finally have a graphics card that will give the correct resoultion in mac os
