Hi,
Can i use Photo Booth with a special Webcam?(not iSight, to expensive)
in example Logitech?
I like the Effects on Photo Booth

Yes you can! Most cams if detected in OS will work in Photobooth!

I will take the Effects in PhotoBooth, Background changing, Hologram etc. work this with a "detected" Webcam and how Webcams are the best for OSX ? Wich can i use without Problems?

I have two Logitech Quickcams, one uses with MACAM, and they both work great!
