What kind is panel in iMac 20" , is that TN or ISP ?
Ps. Two days ago I got my Dell 2009W 20" (300$) , wow! for this price this monitor is awesome !!!

Does DELL actually make the screen, or do they buy that from other companies?

Nobody including Dell, Apple .. makes their own hardware they buy it from the same usually suspects in Asia that make the screens everybody buys to put into their monitors, to answer the actual question the new 20" are TN.
