Does anyone know any methods to make the Winfast DTV200H Tv Tuner work on Mac OS X 10.5.5 ?

Also tried running XP and Vista in VMware, i get sound, but no video in XP, in Vista i get video but it's so choppy it's like a frame every 3 seconds and sound chops too. Any ideea if this will work in Parallels or so?
