Apple logo comes up, little wheel at the bottom loads then wheel stops but opening music for first boot runs and voiceover option runs as if no prob

Intel Celeron D 3.33Ghz
512 MB RAM
MBR Partitioning

Ive attached a picture that shows what happens in darwin, then the apple logo comes up with the moving wheel below it then the wheel just stops but the welcome music runs
