I was wondering exactly if it was possible to make the power LED or other things pulse when a hackintosh is in sleep mode. If its a simple software thing, i dont think it would be that hard.
My reasoning for asking this is because i am going to building a small form factor case to make a hack mini with the famous intel atom mini-ITX board. I really like the look of my macbook (black with white glowing apple logo) and want to do a twin for it. I would really like to replicate the pulsing power LED like on my Macbook or like on any other true mac.
Thanks for all the help!!!

I think it is hardware related. On my Dell m1330 it does the same fade out/in as a mac when it sleeps.

Thanks for your input, guys. I think i may just have to wait until i get my board and things in before i can make sure.
If anyone else has any suggestions, that would be awesome. Especially if someone with the D945GCLF or D945GCLF2 has attempted or noticed if this works.
Thanks again,
