This patch is for ALC662 with id 0x10EC0662 and vendor id 0x10DE07FC.
Azalia adds output, if u select AppleHDA adds output, mic, line in etc.
Download Kext Helper b7.
Download Realtek ALC662 Azalia patch ... or ... Click to view attachment
Unzip the file and install the .kexts with Kext Helper.
Reboot.

I tried the AppleHDA.kext with the Realtek ALC662 on a D945GCLF2 board. Didn't work ... no surprise, as they have different IDs. Changed the vendor ID in the kext to match the ID for the ALC662 found on the board. I'm getting sound output with it but no input. Are there differences between ALC662s on different boards (other than the ID) ?
