today i installed jas os x 10.4.8
and it installed successfully after reading the tutorials and everything else
but i can't get to work my ethernet
i opened up network and it shows built in ethernet and the msg
"The cable for built-in Ethernet is not plugged in.
i opened up a tutorial and did what is says
but i am a complete newbie i installed it the very first time i haven't used it before
it says some string to write in the terminal but i don't know where to open the terminal
please help and if any other suggestions please assist me...
